From there, I will create a customized massage designed for your goals. Whether you’re seeking stress relief, pain management, or simple relaxation, each session is tailored to meet your individual needs. 

 My goal is to ensure you feel completely at ease — leaving refreshed, rejuvenated, and ready to return to your day with a renewed sense of well-being.

Swedish Massage: Light

60 minutes: $90
90 minutes: $120
120 minutes: $155

Swedish massage is a relaxing and therapeutic technique that uses oils and gentle strokes to boost circulation, ease tension, and reduce stress. Benefits include pain relief, improved relaxation, mental clarity, and overall well-being.

Deep Tissue Massage: Medium to Firm pressure

60 minutes: $90
90 minutes: $120
120 minutes: $155

This is recommended for most clients. It targets deeper layers of muscle to release tension caused by daily stress,  repetitive movements, or past injuries. Open communication during the session is key to finding the pressure that is beneficial to you. Mild soreness afterward is common, and staying well-hydrated helps flush out released toxins and support recovery.

Sports Massage

60 minutes: $110
90 minutes: $140
120 minutes: $175

 Focused pressure on tense areas to relieve pain and restore muscle function. While some discomfort may occur during this session, the results are deeply effective and long-lasting. Helps improve athletic performance and physical health by reducing muscle tension, increasing flexibility, and accelerating recovery.

Assisted Stretching Sessions

60 minutes: $45

Stretching sessions are designed to improve flexibility and range of motion. I’ll guide you through personalized stretches based on your body’s specific needs. Highly recommended!
A 60-minute session offers a full-body stretch for deeper relaxation and mobility.
